Where a customer payment is subsequently rejected or returned for any reason, the customer will be responsible for providing prompt alternative means of payment. Returns & Refunds
You are entitled to return your items within 14 working days and receive a full refund.
Please contact dont blush pharmacy at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 working days of receiving your items by completing an email, making sure to mark the email subject as a ‘returns’. Alternatively, notify a member of our Customer Services team on 020 3322 7743 . Please note that we are unable to accept returns for the following unless they are damaged or faulty:
- Perishable items.
- Unsealed items with a protective seal due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
- Medicinal products or services that are either dispensed on prescription or are available free under an NHS arrangement.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the costs of returning your items and cannot be liable for any damages incurred during transit. Please ensure they are properly secured and packaged and we would recommend sending all returns via a recorded delivery service.
dont blush pharmacy aim to process your refund within 24 hours of receiving the goods, however it can take up to 30 days to receive the refund via the original payment method.
Once you have cancelled the contract, you have a legal ‘duty of care’ to keep the items in a good condition and return them at your expense. dont blush pharmacy are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss of revenue in the value of goods supplied which may be 100%, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2014, we will refund you the full amount paid for the goods including the basic delivery charge within 14 days of receipt of the notice of cancellation.

You agree to inform your GP about medication supplied and advice given to you through the website.
We are not liable for damages which arise from your failure to inform your GP or other healthcare professional about treatment you receive from the website.

You direct private prescriptions issued in your name from the dontblushpharmacy.com website to be sent electronically on your behalf to our registered UK pharmacy, where our expert pharmacist team will dispense the medication specified and post it to you at the delivery address you provide.
Prescriptions are issued entirely at the discretion of the independent prescriber. Nexcape Pharmaceuticals Ltd cannot guarantee a consultation with an independent prescriber on the dontblushpharmacy.com website will result in a prescription being issued.
If any of these terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable then the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
You give your consent for information about yourself, your health and your current medications including, but not limited to, the information you divulge as part of the online consultation assessment to be viewed and exchanged by and between Nexcape Pharmaceuticals Ltd employees and an independent prescriber working on Nexcape Pharmaceuticals Ltd’s behalf for the purpose of conducting a medical consultation. You understand this information may be exchanged electronically.
